This is my second time staying at this hotel. In the summer, I stayed in the annex, but this time I stayed in the main building. The hotel is not in good condition. The annex is in much better condition, but unfortunately, they do not operate in the winter. The rust is bad in the main building, but much worse in the annex.

The hotel service is very thoughtful. The bed is a bit bad. Maybe there are not many people staying here, so they are pampered a little too much. The breakfast is also good, mainly local specialties. Swimming pool.

The breakfast was very good. The waiter at the gate was very nice. He opened the door and helped with the luggage. He was very friendly. It seems to be close to Lakeside as well. I heard there are a lot of tourists there.

Our group of about 60 persons arrived Pokhara on 25/3/2025 and dep on 27/3/25 for Bhairahawa. We enjoyed visiting temples, museum, lake, shopping etc. Had lovely time and the Grande Pokhara hotel provided us excellent hospitality and the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Totally a memorable visit to Nepal.

Great hotel for staying. Great location. Found the staff behavior excellent. Very helpful, knowledgeable . Food is awesome. The breakfast and dinner menu is very vast and the spread is really great. The lawns are very well maintained but would have loved more walking places. There are some nice shops for souvenirs and shopping. Loved my stay.

The resort is well maintained. The rooms clean and staff are freindly. Best place to be on vacation with family. Right from security guards, to reception incharge and room service everyone is co-operative and friendly. One has to state their requirement it gets fulfilled. Good stay. Value for money. Will recomend this hotel.

Wonderful staff. Lovely place to stay. Food very nice and the location in pokhara is central, they even have bunnies in a pen that you can pat. Recommended the stay here if you are on business in a group like I was. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
